Individualized education to fit you
where learning is personal
At Alpha, we understand that each student is unique; that's why we don't just plug them into a generic school day. Instead, we seek first to understand our students, then build an individualized schooling plan around each and every one of our students.
Recognizing and respecting the uniqueness of each student
Established in 2013, the Alpha program individualizes education for over 500 students within the Mifflin County School District.
Our curriculum skillfully weaves academics, co-op education, dual enrollment, Mifflin County Academy of Science and Technology, AP courses, and other options to meet student's needs.
The Alpha Program is open to all students grades 7-12 so that they can earn credits toward a Mifflin County High School diploma. Alpha students are eligible for all Mifflin County School District programs.
Applications for the Alpha Program are available in the guidance offices of Mifflin County Middle School, Mifflin County Junior High School, Mifflin County High School, and online at https://www.mcalpha.org/admissions. All applications must be submitted to the guidance office of the school the student is currently attending.
